Editing our video day 2

I had some photos to share on the post but unfortunately my phone was dropped and so now my phone is broken and we have no photos to show how our day went. BUT today went great we managed to finish and although im not completely happy as the lighting we couldn't fix as much as i would of liked the video as a whole has come together.
The dream scenes have turned out better than i had anticipated and we have the macs editing skills to thank for that as the effects on the dream scenes are pretty cool. Will post the finished product up shortly

Editting our video day 1

Yes we are editing today! and it went quite well despite our disappointment on how bad the lighting in the clips looks. It has a really yellow tinge to it and we have tried and tried to edit it today but its incredibly difficult to us the macs. Hopefully we can try some more when we next go to the editing place.

Our finished Poster and Cd Cover

The sleeve for the cd. As you can see the Anna Taintor inpired collage is the inside of the booklet where the CD would pop on top.

50s sides body structure is strong showing more confidence; her head is held high.

 This contrasts dramatically with the slant of the modern women's

head, its subtle but it shows her distaste for her life

This pictures shows the 50s character breathing deep

Its a tranquil shot and i think it brings out the dream state brilliantly.

On the flip side is her reality and she's ironically wishing on a dandelion.

 We purposely made the 50s character look like she was breathing in,

she's absorbing life and the modern woman to look puffed out and tired.

I know the red in the second imagery is quite hard to read. However, i quite like it, it makes the page uneasy and difficult which mirrors the characters emotions.
