Camera Work for Music Videos

Camera Work for Music Videos
The choice of camera angles in any moving image sequence will have a significant impact upon the meaning. We as a group realise much analyses in our camera shots and movement  for our music video will need to be done. Camera movement may accompany movement of performances (walking, dancing etc) but it may also be used to create a more dynamic feel to stage performance, by for instance circling performers as they perform on stage.

Another example of how camera angles can affect an audience is close up as it predominantly creates a sense of intimacy for the viewer. It also emphasises the product on sale in terms of the artist and the song itself.
